Our blanched almond flour is super-finely ground and makes gluten-free baking quick and easy. Our almond flour is guaranteed gluten-free and its powder-fine texture makes your pie crusts, cakes, cookies, brownies, and muffins taste delicious and authentic, just like they're supposed to taste.
A Note about Almond Flour: The recent California almond crop had a very weak yield combined with smaller than average sized nuts. This compounded effect is resulting in significant cost increases for almonds, and thus almond flour and related products. Our previous almond flour contract resulted in a cost increase which we fully absorbed ourselves. This time around however, the cost increase is much too high, and we have no choice but to increase prices.
As you navigate through our site, you will notice that we have a few new products on offer. One of those is COCONUT FLOUR. COCONUT FLOUR is considerably less expensive than Almond Flour and we hope that you will give it a try.
